How to achieve successful Digital Innovation

Shared my passion for Digital Innovation with an interactive presentation to the Milton Keynes IT Leadership Forum run by Harvey Nash. My key message is the need for PEOPLE in the right mind set, a creative ENVIRONMENT and an APPROACH based on iterating fast, testing and learning. We discussed how to embed innovation, dealing with reluctance, how to influence stakeholders and how to scale. Really great discussion and made me realise there is demand for a pop-up INNOVATION LAB to help organisations accelerate Digital Innovation. If anyone in my network wants to discuss please let me know as going to create this as a service in 2020.
